Bread Rolls

Bread slices(preferably sandwich bread)
some water to moisten the bread slices
any bhaji/ stuffing for the filling
oil for shallow frying

  • Take a bread slice. slightly dip it in water to moisten it and immediately squeeze out gently all the excess water by pressing it between your palms 
  • Take care not to break the bread slices
  • Fill any dry bhaji or sabji of your choice 

  • Seal the edges by slightly pressing
  • Shallow fry in a small non stick pan with some oil
  • Take out in a paper towel

  • For the filling- paneer burji, potato sukha or kheema could be used but they have to be absolutely dry
