poha 1 bowl
onions(chopped) 2 medium size
potato 1 big
turmeric powder 1/2 tspn
green chilly slit 2
red chilli 2
fresh coriander 6-7 strands
salt 1 tspn
sugar 1 tbspn
lemon juice few drops
For tempering:
3tbsp oil, 1 tspn mustard seeds, 1 tbsp jeera, 2 tbsp groundnuts, 10-12 curry leaves
Method:

For tempering:
3tbsp oil, 1 tspn mustard seeds, 1 tbsp jeera, 2 tbsp groundnuts, 10-12 curry leaves
Method:
- Soak the Poha in water for 5 mins, drain water completely n keep aside.
- Take oil in a kadai. Prepare for the tempering. Once oil is hot enough, add mustard and groundnuts. wait till they start to crackle.Then add jeera, curry leaves n green chilly, red chilli. (hing is optional). Add turmeric powder and onions. fry till onions become translucent .
- Then add in the precooked potato(or add in the raw potato n allow to cook in the mixture itself)
- Add salt n sugar to taste.
- Transfer the soaked poha into this mixture, lemon juice, mix properly n close a lid ,cook for 5 mins on low heat. Finally garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Turn off the gas
