Carrot pomegranate salad





Ingredients:
Carrots ,grated                  : 2
Sweet pomegranate seeds : 1/2 fruit or more
green chilly, slit                 : 2
cilantro, chopped              : few 
fresh grated coconut         : 3- 4 tbspn
tomato, chopped               : 1
salt to taste


Method: 
  • Take shredded coconut, salt and green chillies in a vessel. Slightly squeeze them so that they mix up evenly.
  • Then add in the remaining ingredients and mix all with a spoon.
  • No need to add sugar as the pomegranate seeds provides the required  sweetness.




Time to make : 15 mins
serves            : 3 bowls
