Egg Pakora


  1. eggs, hard boiled           : 3
  2. boiled potatoes              : 2 big
  3.  bread crumbs                :1/2cup 
  4.  coriander leaves           : 1/4 bunch
  5.  red chilli powder          :1tspn
  6.  roasted jeera pwdr        :1/2 tbpn
  7.  roasted coriander pwdr :1 tspn
  8.  dried mango pwdr/
  9.  lemon juice                   :1/2 tspn 
  10.  salt                               :1 tspn
  11.  turmeric powder           :1/2 tspn
  12.  pepper pwdr                 :1/2 tspn

  • Take boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Mash them, add all the ingredients from number 5 to 12 into the mixing bowl and mix well. lastly add chopped coriander.
  • Do not add any water into the mixture.check for the taste, add salt chilli if required.
  • Now halve the boiled eggs. 
  • Coat the egg slice with the masala mixture. If the mixture is getting too thick then dip finger in water and press the masala to spread evenly on the egg surface. 

  • Finally role the pakoras on dry bread crumbs and shallow fry it on a wide bottom non stick pan on medium flame. 
  • Fry on all the sides till the colour changes. 
  • Serve hot with Tea.
