sprouts salad




Ingredients:
Sprouted moong
tomatoes
onions
cucumber
salt to taste
pepper powder
lemon juice


Method:
  • sprouted moong are done by soaking while moong in excess of warm water for 8 hrs, then draining it completely and leave it for a day in warm place or tie it tightly in muslin cloth
  • chop the cucumber, onion, tomato and mix with the sprouts

  • add lemon juice, salt and pepper according to your taste
  • you can even add fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves and some chopped carrots
