Ingredients:
Mango purée : 200 ml
Sweetened condensed milk: 4-5 tbspn
Whipped cream : 4 heaped tbspn
Walnuts, broken : about 7-10
Method:
- In a bowl empty mango purée, condensed milk and whipped cream(directly heavy whipping cream can also be used)
- mix briskly using a wire whisk for even mixing of all the ingredients
- lay some broken nuts and mix again

- put a lid on and freeze for 2-3 hour
- after 2-3 hrs, take out and churn the mixture well
- Again refrigerate for 6-7 hours
- Mango ice cream is ready ...
Preparation time :10 mins
refrigerating time: 9 hours
no of scoops : 8-10
