methi seeds : very few(10-15 seeds)

Method:
- Dry roast dry chilly, methi seeds, mustard and coriander seeds for 1-2 mins on medium. cool and put in to a mixer to make fine powder without adding water. Take it out in a mixing bowl
- Wash and break the crabs , keep aside
- heat coconut oil in wok, add onions and sauté till translucent
- In a mixing bowl, add grated coconut, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and also the dry blended powder. Mix all together to make a mixture
- Now add the crabs into the onion. Give a quick stir and immediately add the mixture. cook on medium with a lid on for about 8-10 mins. stir occasionally
- Crab gets cooked evenly from inside absorbing the moisture from coconut and onions.
- Crab sukka will be ready to serve along with rice and fish curry
