Ingredients:
100 ml Curds
1/2 tspn Black salt
1/2 tspn Roasted cumin powder
1/2 tspn Red Chilli powder(optional)
5-6 strands fresh coriander leaves
4-5 few mint leaves
1 small cup boondhi
Method:
- Take all the Ingredients in a bowl except boondhi
- Check for the Taste
- Add boondhi just before having it
- Garnish with chopped coriander and mint
- enjoy it with biryanis and pulav
