Ingredients:
small tender tindora :200 gm
less spicy chillies : 3-4
large cloves of garlic :4-5
red chilly powder :1 tspn
salt : to taste
oil : 4 tbspn
Method:
- Wash the tinder n pat dry
- Crush the chilli garlic tindora in mortar and pestle, but if you dont have one then use a plastic bag
- Take the green chilli, garlic in a clean firm plastic bag n crush it unevenly with a hard object. Take out and keep aside
- In the same plastic bag, take half of the tindora n crush in the similar pattern. Repeat for the remaining ones
- Take oil in a kadai, when the oil is hot enough, add in 1tspn mustard , allow it to pop up.
- Then add crushed garlic n chilly, fry for a minute n then add crushed tindora. Keep on high heat. After 3 mins fry on medium Add red chilli powder, salt and stir
- cover it up with a lid for some time with occasional stirring
- serve hot
