Ingredients:
Shabudana : 1 small cup
sugar : 1/2 cup
milk : 3 cup
saffaron : pinch
dry fruits : 2 table spoon(cashews, raisins and almonds)
Method:
- Wash the sago pearls and drain water. Keep aside15 mins
- Take milk in a heavy bottom pan, add sugar, saffaron and bring to a boil.
- Add in the sago. continue to boil till all the pearls becomes transparent(it takes about 10 mins)
- Finally mix the dry fruits roasted in ghee.
Preparation time: 20 mins
Serves: 2 bowl
