Ingredients:
Bread slices(preferably sandwich bread)
some water to moisten the bread slices
any bhaji/ stuffing for the filling
oil for shallow frying
Method:
- Take a bread slice. slightly dip it in water to moisten it and immediately squeeze out gently all the excess water by pressing it between your palms
- Take care not to break the bread slices
- Fill any dry bhaji or sabji of your choice
- Seal the edges by slightly pressing
- Shallow fry in a small non stick pan with some oil
- Take out in a paper towel
Note:
- For the filling- paneer burji, potato sukha or kheema could be used but they have to be absolutely dry
