Coconut truffles is a Moroccon sweet dessert. It taste just great as it is made out of condensed milk and coconut. Its a non heating recipe expect the nuts which are optional.
Ingredients:
Dessicated coconut, Medium course :100 gm
Sweetened condensed milk(Milkmaid) :200 ml (1/2 tin)
Roasted Almonds, whole or chopped : 20
(or any nuts of choice)

Method:
- Roast the badam on medium flame in a flat pan. Keep stirring occasionally till slightly the colour changes
- Take shredded coconut in a big bowl. Add condensed milk and mix them properly. Leave the mixture aside for 20 mins so that the coconut absorbs the moisture and becomes soft.
- Meanwhile take out the roasted badam and put it to cool.
- After 20 min, start making balls/truffles from the mixture by piercing 1 whole badam in each ball and roll it over dry coconut flakes. Continues the process till you are done with all the mixture in the bowl.
- Keep in Refrigerator for at least 4 hour before serving.
